Jagat(1100m) to Dharapani(5h)

Day 03:

Dharapani(1960m) to Koto(5h)

Day 04:

Koto(2610m)  to Dharamshala (6h)

Day 05:

Dharamshala(3230m) to  Nar Phedi to Kyang (5h)

Day 06:

Kyang(3740m) to Phu Gaon (6h)

Day 07:

Phu Gaon (4050m) to Kyang to Nar phedi (5h)

Day 08:

Nar Pedi to Nar Gaon (5h)

Day 09:

Nar Gaon(4150m) to Kang La phedi (5h)

Day 10:

Kang-La Phedi(4530m) to Kang-La Pass (5322m) to Ngawal (7h)

Day 11:

Ngawal to Manang (6h)

Day 12:

Manang((3540m) to Ledar (4h)

Day 13:

Ledar  to Thorong High Camp (5h)

Day 14:

Thorong High camp to Thorong pass (5416m) to Muktinath (8h)

Day 15:

Muktinath(3800m)  to Jomsom (by Jeep)

Day 16:

Jomsom to PKR

Day 17:

PKR to KTM(by Plane/ Bus)
