Manaslu Trekking considered as one of the most challenging treks in Nepal, the Manaslu Circuit will reward the adventurous with an unparalleled alpine experience. Opened in 1992, this area offers a combination of rich culture heritage, unsurpassed beauty, and biological diversity. Manaslu, the 8th highest peak on the planet, locally known as the ‘mountain of the spirit’, is one of the most spectacular snow-peaks in Nepal, and the Manaslu Circuit, officially open for trekking in the early 90s, a cultural trek par excellence, without a doubt one of the best treks in Nepal.

 

It’s also one of the Nepal Himalayas most adventurous treks. A trek around the ‘high’ Manaslu circuit is a step back in time, a glimpse of pristine Nepali and Tibetan villages walk through a remote Himalayan paradise. The diversity of the trek, from the Hindu middle hills to the Tibetan high-country dwellers and the awesome mountain scenery of the Manaslu Himal and surrounding peaks combine to make this circuit one of the most interesting, as well as one of the most challenging trekking in Nepal

MANASLU ROUND TREK - 16 Days

Day 01:  

KATHMANDU to AARUGHAT  ( By bus)

Day 02: 

AARUGHAT BAZAR to  LAPU BESHI (5 hrs)

Day 03:  

LAPU BESI to KHORLABESHI  (4- 5 hrs)

Day 04:

KHORLABESHI to JAGAT  (5-6 hrs)

Day 05:

JAGAT to DENG (6 hrs)

Day 06:

DENG to GHAP  or NAMRUNG (4-6  hrs)

Day 07:

GHAP  or NAMRUNG to LHO (4-6  hrs)

Day 08:

LHO to SAMA GAUN (3 hrs)

Day 09:

rest day at SAMA GAUN

Day 10:

SAMA GAUN to  SAMDO (3  hrs)

Day 11:

SAMDO to DHARMASALA(Larke Phedi) (4  hrs)

Day 12:

DHARMASALA(Larke Phedi) to Larke Pass(5106m) – BIMTHANG (8  hrs)

Day 13:

BIMTHANG to TILIJE  (5-6  hrs)

Day 14:

TILIJE to JAGAT  (5-6 hrs)

Day 15:

JAGAT to BESISAHAR (7 hrs)

Day 16:

BESISAHAR to POKHARA or KATHMANDU (By bus)

Day 01:

KATHMANDU to AARUGHAT  ( By bus)

Day 02:

AARUGHAT BAZAR to  LAPU BESHI (5 hrs)

Day 03:

LAPU BESI to KHORLABESHI  (4- 5 hrs)

KHORLABESHI to JAGAT  (5-6 hrs)

Day 05:

JAGAT to LOKPA (6 hrs)

Day 06:

LOKPA to CHUMLING (4-5  hrs)

Day 07:

CHUMLING to CHHEKAMPAR (5-6  hrs)

Day 08:

CHHEKAMPAR to MU GOMPA (6 hrs)

Day 09:

rest day at MU GOMPA

Day 10:

MU GOMPA  to  CHHEKAMPAR (4-5  hrs)

Day 11:

CHHEKAMPAR to LOKPA (5-6  hrs)

Day 12:

LOKPA to DENG (4  hrs)

Day 13:

DENG to GHAP  or NAMRUNG (4-6  hrs)

Day 14:

GHAP  or NAMRUNG to LHO (4-6  hrs)

Day 15:

LHO to SAMA GAUN (3 hrs)

Day 16:

rest day at SAMA GAUN

Day 17:

SAMA GAUN to  SAMDO (3  hrs)

Day 18:

SAMDO to DHARMASALA(Larke Phedi) (4  hrs)

Day 19:

DHARMASALA(Larke Phedi) to Larke Pass(5106m) – BIMTHANG (8  hrs)

Day 20:

BIMTHANG to TILIJE  (5-6  hrs)

Day 21:

TILIJE to JAGAT  (5-6 hrs)

Day 22:

JAGAT to BESISAHAR (7 hrs)

Day 23:
